Class Capacity

FLOW classes are intentionally capped to support safe movement, quality instruction, and a better experience. Depending on the class style and instructor, FLOW classes range from 16–20 mats per class.

Standard FLOW Classes

Balanced Yoga and Pilates classes that focused on strength, mobility, and control. Designed to support steady progress and everyday movement.

Extended FLOW Sessions

Our 60-minute Pilates classes combine low-impact, full-body movement with Pilates equipment like bands, balls, rings, and light weights for a different challenge every class.
